What time does your day start?
4.30am get up breakfast and insulin
( I am Diabetic)
What does the routine involve?
Off to work, arrive Put out prep
that I did the evening before, check emails, texts etc.
Check the news link commercials that I need for the show
that morning and check the morning weather forecast on air
from 5 till 10
10:00am - Paper work for winners during
that morning show and prepare audio clips for the next mornings
show and record a promo add that plays out from 10 30am
11:00am - Off home for lunch and check
my emails and messages, check in with my agent (keep him
on his toes)
1:00pm - Visit local schools for show
feature or meeting with customers about promotions or roadshow
3:00pm - Relation time, TV, nap some
day’s or surfing ebay
6:30pm Do preparation write most of
the content for the next mornings show birthday files features
and competitions
7:30pm - TV catch up on the soaps or
TV that people will be talking about such as Big Brother,
reality TV Dancing on ice as a breakfast show presenter
you need to be in touch with what people are talking about
and watching.
9:30pm Bed TV - On Friday’s and
Saturday off out DJ’ing at the night Club till 4am

10:00-10:30pm - Try to get to sleep
Is there a social aspect?
Yes but it tends to be part of
your working life meeting so may people in my working role.
Can you tell us about any memorable incidents?
The day I was given the breakfast
show on a permant basis what a great highlight, When I signed
to do Cutting the hair dressing drama for BBC which I did
for 4 years and working with some of UK’s most famous
names.
We have had a fair share of funny moments
including trying to prove on air dogs have regional accents,
have you ever tried to bark like a dog in a brummie accent.
I lost my voice once and we did give
us a clew in the studio it took rob the news reader 3 and
half minutes to get “The Carpenters are next”
I usually have a good laugh about
something every day which I think makes me very lucky

What do you like about living in your area?
The mixture of Rural and Urban
area so close together and the people they are great.
Where are your favourite local places to eat?
Ho May Village – Chinese
– TGI’s in Sutton Coldfield by my Mom’s
house and Ketley Cod a top chippy
What are your favourite watering holes?
I’m not a drinker so the
Cinema or the Co Co Lounge in Oakengates is a top place
to let your hair down.
Last film you watched?
Cool Running got it out when the
winter Olympics was on TV and it’s a great uplifting
comedy
Last CD you bought?
Sandra B Turn You World Around
off eBay! as my copy broke and it is a club floor filler
I love it.

, Bruce Springstean Born in USA, Foreigner and a mixture
of 90’s Club classic’s Living Joy Dreamer and

like to visit?
Holiday _ Banff in Canada and New
York. Most Like to visit New Zealand
